Spicy Mango Coconut Salad

Ingredients
1 fresh mango, chopped (discard peel and stone)Flesh from 1 young coconut, chopped1/2 serrano chili, finely chopped (substitute a less spicy chili to reduce heat)Juice from 1 lime2-3 tbsp. coarsely chopped cilantro
Directions
Makes 1-2 cups

Toss all ingredients together. Serve immediately or chill for use within 2 days.
