    My batch turned out WAY too runny so I added cashews to thicken. Next time I'll omit the water. I tasted it before I added the cashews and it's DELICIOUS and that's with no nuts!!! I've only been off cheese for about 2 weeks & this recipe is SPOT on for mild cheddar, MY FAV!!! Definately a keeper! - 2/13/12
