6 cups coconut milk(6 tazas de leche de coco)1 cup brown sugar(1 taza azucar morena)1 box corn starch(1 cajita de maicena)1/2 tsp salt(1/2 cdta sal)1/2 tsp cinammon(1/2 cdta canela en polvo)
1) Mix the coconut milk, brown sugar, corn starch and salt in a saucepan.(Mezcle la leche de coco, azucar morena, maicena y la sal en una cacerola.)
2) Cook at low heat, stiring continously until it will thick.(Cocine a fuego lento moviendo continuamente hasta que espese.)
3) Take away from the heat and pur it on small dessert cups.(Retire del fuego y vierta sobre los moldes pequenos.)
4) Leave it cool and serve.Garnish with whip cream and cherry.(Dejelo enfriar y sirva.Adorne con crema espesa y una cereza.)
5) Serve 20-25 rations(Sirve 20-25 raciones)
