Warm milk slightly in large pan. Break eggs one by one into milk.Heat to consistency of scrambled eggs, strain through cheesecloth.

    I would just add that 12 eggs, 4 cups of milk and 1 teaspoon of salt is what I normally use. My Grandma made this every Easter :) - 4/14/14
