Caesar Salad with Homemade Croutons

Ingredients
2 small heads Romaine Lettuce, chopped1 cup shredded parmeseanDressing:1/4 cup olive oil2 tsp. dijon mustard1/2 lemon, squeezed1 tbsp. white vinegar3 cloves garlic, pressedSalt and Pepper to tasteCroutons:1/2 french baguette, cut into cubes3/4 stick butter3 tbsp. garlic powder
Directions
Chop romaine lettuce and place in large bowl.

Mix together salad dressing ingredients with a whisk.

Toss romaine with dressing and parmesean cheese.

Melt butter in a skillet over low heat. When melted, add garlic powder to the butter, and then toss the bread pieces in the butter mixture until butter is evenly distributed among the bread. Keep tossing until the bread is warm and becoming only slightly browned. The croutons will still be soft.

Toss the croutons with the salad and serve.
