Directions

Mix the bisquick mix, milk and egg together it should form soft dough if it is too sticky you may need to add a few tblsp of the mix. In 9x12 casserole dish Spray with non-sticking spray. (Optional you can add 2tsp of garlic power into the mix.) Spread the dough into the bottom of the 9x12 pan pressing to the edges. This should be a thin layer of dough, like pizza.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium low heat, then add onion and garlic. Cook until onions are translucent is careful not to burn the garlic. Add ground beef and cook until brown, no longer pink.
Drain the beef mixture, and then add a packet of taco seasoning to the beef mixture. Stir in pizza sauce, drained black beans and peppers into the beef mixture. Heat the mixture until starting to bubble. Spread beef mixture over top of the dough. Top with the canned black olives, then add one cup of cheese.
Bake in a 350-degree oven for 20-30 mins until cheese melts and crust is golden brown or doesn't stick to knife.
