Ingredients
Beans, black, 2 cup (remove)Soy Milk, .75 cup (remove)Cider Vinegar, .5 tbsp (remove)Flaxseed, 2 tbsp (remove)Yellow Cornmeal, .5 cup (remove)Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
Directions
preheat oven at 400 degrees
warm beans set aside. whisk the soy milk, vinegar and ground flax together
in a separate bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, baking soda and salt.
combine liquid and solid ingred.
pour the beans into a pot then add cornmeal mixture.

bake 25-30 or unitl bread is set and golden brown.

    My family loves this recipe. The black beans from this book are just terrific. I add 1 cup of thawed frozen corn, ground in the food processor to the cornmeal mixture. - 7/8/09
