Pesto Appetizer Recipe

- 2 cups spinach, chopped - 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped - 3 cloves garlic - 1/2 cup olive oil - 1/4 cup butter- 1/2 cup pine nuts - 1/4 cup walnuts - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup Romano cheese
Directions:
-Wash spinach and parsley draining away water but do not dry.
-In a food processor or blender, combine spinach, parsley, garlic cloves, pine nuts, walnuts, Parmesan and Romano cheeses, butter, and olive oil. Mix together until lightly pureed.
