Cucumbers and Onions

Ingredients
4 cucumbers, peeled1 white onion1 c sugar1/2 c white vinegar1 t salt1 t celery seed1 t mustard seed1/4 c olive oil
Directions
Slice cucumber and onion.

Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan. Heat until clear then cool. Pour on cucumbers and onions. Eat.

Makes eight servings, about one and a half cups each.
