10oz broccoli12oz can mushrooms, drained10.5 oz beef, sliced thin2 med onions, chunked1 glove garlic, diced3oz stir-fry sauce1tbs soy sauce6oz chow mein noodles, cooked per package and drained
put stir fry sauce into the wok add onions, garlic, broccoli, mushrooms and soy sauce. Cook until the broccoli and olnoins are tender, add beef and let cook until beef is done.Turn wok off and add choe mein noodle and serve.
