Ingredients
1 Eggland's Best Large Egg, boiled1 Starkist Chunk Light Tuna Lunch Kit2 cups lettuceblack pepper to taste
Directions
Chop boiled egg in a bowl. Crumble crackers from the tuna lunch kit into the same bowl. Add remaining ingredients from the tuna lunch kit, plus black pepper, and mix well. Serve over lettuce.
