Taco Salad for 6

Ingredients
1 lb 4% ground beef1/2 cup la victoria salsa hot6 cups shredded lettuce (or chopped)3 tomatoes chopped6 scallions diced1 cup reduced fat shredded cheese (I use 2% mexican blend)12 tblsp fat free sour cream6 tblsp taco sauce (optional)
Directions
prehear skillet and cook ground beef until no longer pink drain any juices out season with garlic salt and black pepper add salsa and stir to combine

while meat is cooking chop or shredd lettuce chop tomato and dice green onions. If need shredd cheese

place 1 cup lettuce on each of 6 plates, divide meat, tomatoe, green onions, shredded cheese and sour cream among the 6 plates top with taco sauce if choose

Can serve tortilla chips on side for added calories
