Corn and Red Bean Salad

Ingredients
2 Cans Yellow Corn, drained2 Can White Corn, drained1 Can Dark Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed1/4 chopped EACH red and green pepperAbout 3 Chives, chopped finely1/2 cup White Vinegar1/2 cup Canola Oil1/2 cup Sugar
Directions
Get a LARGE bowl, and simply add and thoroughly mix all ingredients. You can serve right away, but I like to let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Makes about 24 1/2 cup servings.
