Basic Egg Salsa Salad

Ingredients
1 Hard boiled large egg2 Tbsp Salsa1.5 cups Iceberg Lettuce
Directions
Peel and cut up the egg. Shred, rip or chop up lettuce. Combine the ingredients in a bowl and enjoy.
This is how I like it but others may want to try a low sodium salsa or add a second egg but toss out the yokes. Have fun and experiment with other ingredients like light sour cream, low-fat cheese and cubed grilled chicken.
