ceviche

Ingredients
1lb shrimp2 medium tomatoes diced1 medium onion diced5 limes juiced5 tbs cilantro
Directions
dice tomatoes onion and jalapeno pepper and place in bowl.
Juice the limes and add the cleaned deshelled shrimp
Cover and let sit in the fridge for about 2 hours
serve on top of a tostada shell
makes 4 servings 1c ceviche and 2 tostada per serving
