1/2 Cup Apple Sauce (Unsweetened)1 1/3 cup granulated sugar2 eggs1/4 cup light sour cream2 cups flour1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/4 teaspoon salt1 1/2 cups mashed bananas2 Tablespoons milk1 teaspoon almond extrace
Combine apple sacue, sugar, eggs and sour cream. Mix dry ingredients. Alternate dry with mashed banana into wet ingredients. Stir in Milk and almond extract. Cook at 350 for 1 hour for one large loaf
