Caroline's homemade potato salad

Ingredients
3 med. red potatoes(3.5 oz) boiled & chopped1 med russet /white (3.5oz) boiled & chopped1 1/2 hard boiled eggs7-9 sm black olives1/2 cup=(8TBL) Best Food Mayonnaise w/ EVOO1 tsp yellow mustard1 1/2 TBL dill relish (or adjust to your liking)1 1/2TBL sweet relish1 TBL Green onion & tops thinly sliceddash celery salt & dill weed (opt)
Directions
Cut up & Boil potatoes.(I like to leave the skins on and then peel them after they are cooked and cooled).Drain & cool potatoes.Then chop potatoes, eggs,olives, & onions. Put in a medium bowl. add the rest of the ingredients.chill before serving. Makes 8 1/2- cup servings.
