62 g Broccoli Florets halved and washed23g baby carrots sliced36g red bell pepper chopped coarsley washed30g Onion76g Kirkland Canned Chicken61g Tomato1/2 Tbsp Flour1/2 tsp Curry Powder1/4c water
Directions
place Broccoli, Carrots, Pepper and Onion in a steamer bag and microwave for 2.5 minutes. Preheat Wok and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Pour veggies into wok and add apple, chicken and tomato. cook till chicken is warm, and apple is tender. add flour and curry powder and stir, add water to thicken.
