Egg Salad Sandwich Spread

Ingredients
2 Hard Boiled Eggs, 4 Hard Boiled Egg Whites, 3 tbs light Miracle Whip, 3 tsp Frenches Mustard
Directions
Boil 6 Eggs, peel and cool. When eggs are cool remove yolks from 4 eggs and discard. Dice whole eggs and egg whites put in medium bowl. Add 3 tbs light Miracle Whip, and 3 tsp Frenches Mustard. Mix well. Place in refrigerator for a few hours or overnight to allow to cool, and for best flavor. Place onto your favorite bread. Makes six 2 Tbs servings.
