Tofu Spinach Curry

Ingredients
1/2 cup(s) onion(s), minced 2 medium garlic clove(s), minced 1 tsp ginger root, grated 1 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp ground turmeric 10 oz spinach, fresh, leaves, rinsed 1/4 tsp table salt 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth, pacific foods 4 oz lite firm tofu
Directions
Microwave onions on high for 2 -3 minutes or until tender. Broil tofu until edges crispy. Mix rest of ingredients together and add in tofu. Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes.
