Ingredients
1 1/2 cup sugar1 cup Healthy Heart Bisquick3 cups all-purpose flour1 tsp. baking powderDash of salt1 cup 2% milk2 large eggsCanola oil for frying
Directions
Combine dry ingredients and whisk together. Make a well in center. Add the milk and eggs and mix thoroughly. Heat canola oil in deep frying pan. Drop by teaspoonful into heated oil and fry until golden brown and cooked through. Makes 50 andagi.
