Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients
4 cups of cooked Dreamfields Elbow Macaroni4 oz non-fat cream cheese1 cup of fat free Half & Half2 cups Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Makes 4 servings Serving Size 1 cup

Cook the macaroni and drain. Bring the half & half up to a simmering (almost boiling state) in a large saucepan. Pinch off small portions of the cream cheese into the half & half and stir using a whisk to disolve the cream cheese thoroughly. Once this mixture is smooth, add the cheddar cheese and stir until it has melted.

Add elbow macaroni to saucepan and stir with cheese mixture until mixed.
