Watermelon Salad w/Feta & Mint

Ingredients
2.5 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil1.5 tbsp. fresh lemon juice1 tsp. kosher salt.5 tsp. Tabasco.25 tsp. freshly ground pepper4-lbs. seedless watermelon cut into 1 1/2-inch chunks, chilled.1 c. crumbled feta cheese2/3 c. pitted kalamata olives (coarsely chopped).5 small sweet onion - diced.5 c. coarsely choped mint leaves
Directions
In a large bowl, whisk the oil, lemon juice, salt, Tabasco, and pepper. Add the watermelon, feta, olives, and onion and toss gently. Garnish with the mint.
