Garlic Honey Pork Chops

4 pork chops (4 oz)1/4 cup honey1/4 cup real lemon juice2 tbsp soy sauce2 garlic Cloves (1 tbsp)1 tbsp cooking sherry
Mix honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, and sherry together. Place the chops in a plastic bag and let marinate for hour. (Best if left over night)
Broiled: Preheat the broiler. Place the chops on a broiler pan and place in the oven. leave the oven door slightly open. This keeps the chops from charring to fast. Let stand for about 7 minutes and then flip.
Best when cooked on the grill: Preheat the grill on high for 5 minutes. Place the chops in the center of the grill and reduce the heat to medium. Use the marinade to baste the chops.
