Fruit & Nutty oatmeal chocochip cookies

Ingredients
Wet Ingredients:1 egg1 egg white1/4 cup veg oil1/4 cup splenda brown sugar blend2 tsp vanillaMix togehter dry ingredients:1/4 c dried blueberries1/4 dried cherries1 C oatmeal1/2 C almond flour1/2 C whole wheat flour2 Tbl. ground flax seed1/4 C chocolate whey powder1/4 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 slivered almonds1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
mix wet ingredients in a small bowl with splenda
mix dry ingredients in a large bowl
then mix dry and wet ingredients together
drop by tablespoons on ungreased cooking sheet
bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees
makes 16 - 20 cookies
