Skinny French Toast

Ingredients
2 slices Healthy Life Whole Wheat Bread1/2 cup liquid egg whites2 tablespoons 2% milk2 packets of Truvia Natural Sweetener1/3 teaspoon ground nutmeg1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
Mix together all ingredients except bread.
Dunk bread in mixture, coating and soaking completely.
Cook on non-stick pan- no butter!
Eat with sugar-free maple syrup.
