Fudgy Vegan Brownies

Ingredients
1 1/4c sugar1/2c oil1 teaspoon vanilla3/4c cocoa1c Unbleached FlourPinch of saltAbout 1/2 cup water
Directions
blend oil and sugar til creamy.
add vanilla.
add in flour, cocoa powder, salt. mix.
add enough water to make a stiff batter.
press into parchment paper lined 8x8 pan. bake at 375 til done...about 30 mins, but keep an eye on it. ovens vary!!

i mixed all this up in a food processor.
