Ingredients
1.5 lbs of the dried fruit of your choice (I used apple, apricots, cranberries & raisins)1.5 cups sugar8 cups of water4 cinnamon sticks10 cloves(Several folks have suggested nuts as well)
Directions
Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer for 30 minutes approximately. Cook time can be adjusted based on liquid level you wish.
