Awesome Summer Salad

Ingredients
Kale, 5 cups, choppedOlive Oil, 3 TablespoonsDried Cherries, 1/4 cupFeta Cheese, 1/4 cupSalt, 1 teaspoonPepper, black, 1/2 teaspoonLemon Juice, 1 TablespoonPine Nuts, 3 Tablespoons, roasted
Directions
This recipe makes 5 one cup servings of salad

1.Combine lemon juice with olive oil and salt.
2.Toss with nuts, fruit and chopped kale.
3.Chill for 15-20 minutes before serving.
4.Leftovers keep for up to a week!
