Veggie Scramble

Ingredients
¼ cup onion (chopped)¼ cup green pepper (chopped)2 larg eggs.2 tsp. olive oil1 tsp. garlic1 cup sliced mushrooms
Directions
Suateé onion, mushroom, garlic and green pepper, in 1 tbsp. olive oil.

Break eggs in small and bowl and whisk together.

Add eggs to sauteed vegetables and scramble in skillet until eggs are thoroughly cooked.


Serving ideas:

Serve with a slice of toast or Arnold's Deli Thin Rounds.

Place inside a low carb tortilla wrap.

Place on top of a high fiber bagel and melt one slice of favourite cheese in toaster oven.
