1 7-8" tortillaRagu Spaghetti Sauce-0.5 cupMozzarella Cheese-Shredded or Grated-1.5 oz or 43 gramsToppings of your choice, calories not included in recipe
Place tortilla on a baking sheet. Spead sauce over middle, leaving about a 1/2" edge uncovered. Grate or sprinkle cheese evenly over sauce. Broil at 350* degrees from 2-4 minutes. My oven is very powerful so I have to keep an eye on it. So usually as soon as cheese is melted and edges are crisp, pull it out. Let cool and cut into 4 or 6 triangles with a pizza cutter. Whole pizza makes one serving for a meal, used as an appetizer, makes 4-6 servings.
