Brussel Sprouts with Maple Syrup

Ingredients
3 c fresh brussel sprounts.25 c maple syrupsalt to tastepepper to taste
Directions
If sprouts need to be trimmed, remove the outer leaves. Cut off the ends, then slice into halves and cook about 10-15mins until tender. Drain and toss with maple syrup. Add a salt and black pepper to taste.

For a change add 2-3 tablespoons of toased pecans or almonds.
