Salisbury Steak

1 can condensed French Onion Soup1 1/2 lbs ground beef1/2 cup bread crumbs (I use seasoned, but plain are fine also)1 egg1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp black pepper1 TBS all purpose flour1/4 cup catsup1/4 cup cold water1 TBS Worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp mustard powder
In a large bowl mix 1/3 cup of the onion soup with the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Shape into 6 oval patties.
In a large skillet over med-high heat, brwon both sides of the patties. Remove patties to a plate, drain fat from pan.
Place patties back into pan.
In a small bowl, blend flour and remaining soup until smooth with a wisk or fork. Mis in the catsup, water, Worcestershire sauce and mustard powder. Pour over meat, cover and simmer for 20 min, stirring occasionally.
