* Broccoli, fresh, 2.5 cup, chopped (remove) * Cabbage, fresh, .33 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) (remove) * Cabbage, red, fresh, .33 head, medium (about 5" dia) (remove) * Carrots, raw, 6 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove) * Cauliflower (Raw) - 1 Cup, 2 cup (remove) * Fresh Raw Green Beans, 16 oz (remove) * Celery, Raw -1 Stalk, large (11" - 12" long) (64g), 3.75 serving (remove) * V8 vegetable juice, low sodium, 11 cup (remove)
Cut Up all the vegetables into a large pot. Add the V-8 juice and simmer until the vegetables are cooked. Makes about 13 1-cup servings.
