Ingredients
2.5 lb trimmed lean pork loin (cut in 1 1/2 inch slices)1 packet Taco Seasoning1 large onion, diced2 T chopped garlic12 oz. chicken broth3 -4 Bay leaves1 t pepper
Directions
place all ingredients in large crock pot. Set to high and let be for 6-10 hours. Mid way through the time, break up the meat slices into shreads and remove lid to allow liquid to evaporate.

Serve with flour tortilla shell and cheese or over rice.
