John's gazpacho (with the olive oil in)

Ingredients
tomatoescucumberred pepperolive oilbalsamic vinegarcuminsalt tomato juice
Directions
serves 3 or 4 depending on how large the tomatoes are.

To make:
Chop up some of the cucumber and red pepper and set aside.
Put everything else in the blender on medium high and run it until everything is liquid.
Add the reserved chopped up vegetables to the soup and serve.

It is tradition to have hard boiled egg in this dish too. So add if you like it (but remember it will change the calories.)
