Ingredients
3/4 c toasted oats (toast rolled oats for 45min at 250'2 T chopped toasted walnuts1 med apple with peel chopped2 tsp craisins1/8 tsp cinnamon1 tsp shredded coconut1.5 c soy milk or skim milkMix all ingredients and divide into 2 servings and serve

If the oats and Walnuts are already toasted this recipe won't take more then 5 minutes to make
