Baked Chicken on spicy rice pilaf

Ingredients
Chicken Drumstick, 8 drumstick, bone and skin removedOnion, 1 med, choppedOil, 3 TbspChilli powder, 1 tspCumin seed, 1 tspCinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Lemons, 2 fruit without seedsGarlic, 2 clovePine Nuts, 0.5 cupWhite Rice, long grain, 2 cupCarrots, cooked, 1 cup slicesChicken Broth or Bouillon, 3 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Place chicken, half of spices, lemons (in wedges), and oil in a plastic bag, massage bag so chicken is coated, set aside.
Heat 1.5 Tbsp oil in a large casserole dish, add onion and garlic, heat until soft. add pine nuts, cook until golden. Add remaining spices, rice, carrot, and broth. arrange chicken pieces and lemon wedges on top.
Bake for 30-40 min until rice and chicken are cooked, in a 180 degree celcius oven.
