Crustless Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
15 oz canned pumpkin puree12 oz non fat evaporated milk1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp cloves1/2 tsp ginger 3/4 cup eggology (3 large egg whites) 1/2 tsp salt1 tsp vanilla 1/3 + 1/6 cup sugar
Directions
Beat all ingredients together, pour into a sprayed 9 in pie pan, bake at 400 deg F for 1 hr. Serves 8.
