Chicken Tikka for Two

6oz plain fat-free yogurt1 tsp minced garlic (about 1 clove)1 Tbsp lemon juice1 tsp canola oil1/2 tsp ground ginger1/2 tsp ground cumin1/4 tsp ground cinnamon1/4 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp chile powder1/8 tsp ground clovesDash ground nutmeg10oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
In medium bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, canola oil, ginger, cumin, cinnamon, black pepper, chile powder, cloves, and nutmeg. Stir well.
Cut chicken breasts into 1/4-inch strips. Add chicken to yogurt mixture. Stir well to coat strips, cover, refrigerate at least 15 minutes and up to 2 hours.
To cook, put marinated chicken in frying pan or wok and begin heating over high heat. Cook chicken, stirring frequently, for 5 to 6 minutes, or until most of the liquid is evaporated. Serve immediately.
