Tempeh Chickenless Salad

1 package of Flax Tempeh1/4 cup of low fat mayonnaise2 stalks of celery1/2 cup of shredded carrots1/4 cup of raisins1/4 cup of walnuts2 tsp of yellow mustardgarlic, salt, and pepper to taste
Cut tempeh into small squares and then steam them for about 20 minutes or until tender. Let tempeh cool. Add all ingredients and mix gently. Store in refrigerator for an hour or more before serving on bread, wraps, or plates of greens.
