Potato Soup

Ingredients
6 - 8 peeled/diced idaho potatoes2 c cream1 sm onion, diced1 12 oz can cream corn1 can cream of celery soup8 strips of bacon cooked/crumbled1 can chicken broth2 cloves garlic diced fine
Directions
cook bacon until crispy, reserve 3tbsp oil
cook onions in oil until tender, add garlic
and potatoes add enough water with broth to cover. Simmer until potatoes are tender and water starts to thicken. Add cr of celery and cream simmer 30min. Add cr corm and crumbled bacon.
serve hot
