Quorn fajitas

Ingredients
1 350g pack of Quorn Chicken Style Pieces1 red onion, sliced1 green pepper, sliced1 red pepper, sliced1 small handful of mushrooms, sliced3 cloves of garlic, sliced1.5 tbsp sunflower oilJuice of 1/2 a lime2 tsp chili powder1 tbsp fresh coriander4 flour tortillas
Directions
An hour before you're ready to cook, put the sliced veg and Quorn in a bowl with the oil, garlic chili powder, coriander and lime juice. Cover and leave to soak up some flavour!

About ten minutes before you want to eat, heat a frying pan on maximum heat and add all the ingredients. Cook until the veg have softened and are starting to scorch.

In another pan, the grill or the microwave, heat the tortilla wraps for a few seconds each side.
