1 pkg. fajita seasoning12 oz. sirloin steak3 cups sliced green or red bell peppers2c. chopped onionflour tortillas1/2 c. water
add steak water and seasoning to a crock pot and cook on high for 2 to 4 hours or low for 6 to 8. after 2 hours add your onions and peppers. If you are pressed for time you can add them all at once they will just be very broken down by the time it is finished cooking. Fill flour tortillas with mixture and top with you favorite mexican toppings. Just remember to calculate your topping for each serving.
