Spicy Vegan Black Bean Chili

Ingredients
1 TBS Extra Light Olive Oil1 medium or large Onion1/2 Red Pepper1/4 Orange Pepper45 Grams firm tofu crumbled1 large carrot1 Tpackage Chili Seasoning1 clove of Garlic1 TSP Cayenne Pepper1/2 cup tomato juice1 Cup Vegetable Stock2 Cups Black Beans1 Cup frozen corn3 TSP Corn StarchSalt and Pepper
Directions
Add all ingredients together into your slow cooker and turn on high. Cook 2-4 hours or until desired softness of vegetables.

Great for freezing and tastes great served over brown rice.
