Rocky Road Brownies

Ingredients
1 box Betty Crocker supreme brownies.34 cup of oil2 eggs.25 c water1 small package of mini marshmallows (2 cups)1 stick salted butter3T cocoa powder6T milk1t vanilla3 c . powdered sugar
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Spread in a 9x13 inch pan and bake.
Towards the end of the baking time, heat one stick of butter in a saucepan. Add cocoa and milk, combine and boil for one minute. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and powdered sugar.
As soon as the brownies are out of the oven (and still piping hot!) sprinkle with marshmallows. Cover the marshmallows with chocolate frosting, let cool.
