Pollo Guisado (Dominican Style chicken)

Ingredients

6 chicken thighs2 tps canola oil.50 ground oregano.25 tps adobo.25 green pepper2 coves of garlic.15 cup of tomato paste1 cube of chicken bouillion1 cup of water
Marinate chicken with the organo, adobo and garlic. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
warm up the oil for about 1 minute and add the chicken.
Cover and let it simmer at slow fire for about 5 minutes.
Add half of the water and cover again for 5 more minutes or until chicken is tender.
Add pepper, chicken bouillion and tomato paste.
Let it boil for another 5 minutes
Serve with white rice
