1 3/4 cups Milk1/4 cup Sour Cream5 Tbsp butter melted3 Tbsp Flour2/3 cup cheddar cheese shredded1 green onion1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1 medium red potato - baked, peeled and cubed

Put first 8 ingredients in blender
Then add the cubed bake potato and cook
