Cooked Cabbage

Ingredients
1 medium head of cabbage0.5 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/2 cup water1/4 c chopped onion1 tsp sugarSeasoning salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Chop cabbage and add with remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat covered for about 15 minutes or until desired tenderness.

If the cabbage sticks to skillet, add a little extra water. Do not add much because it will not cook correctly.
