Chili no carne

Ingredients
1 cup chopped onions1 cup diced celery1 cup diced carrots1 cup diced bell pepper3 cloves of garlic, minced1 tbsp oil1 tbsp chili powder1 tsp cumin1 can diced tomatoes2 can kidney beans (I used a can of red and one of white)1/2 c. bulghur
Directions
heat oil in dutch oven and add onions, carrots, celery, and peppers. Cook for 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occassionally, until soft. Add garlic, chili powder, and cumin, and continue cooking another minute. Add tomatoes and 2 c. water, bring to boil, then lower heat, cover, and simmer for one hour. Add beans and bulgur wheat, and continue cooking for 30 minutes. Add salt to taste.
